I ma having ct score of 6/25 in ct scan. I had loss of smell, body weakness, cough, nasal congestion. First I took course of azithromycin for 3 days and now for last 4 days taking azithromycin, decorating 6. Also have chest pain some times. But when I vomit then it is mostly phlegm and then I feel relaxed. Now conditions are better than before. Should I change my medicine.

There is no need to add steroids in your medication, add t. Montair fx at bed time and keep checking for oxygen saturation.

Dear lybrate-user, just relax and do not change the antibiotic which is to be taken for at least 7 days. For your and my peace of mind please get a rt pcr test done for covid. If after these things are done and yet you do not get any succor, you may consult me anytime. Yours respectfuly. Dr.vilas.
