I am suffering from diarrhea for 8 days. For 6 days I took metrogyl 400 with carmozyme. yesterday another Dr. advised rifagut 400 twice daily and vizylac twice daily. I have taking rifagut since yesterday. Today will I take vigylac? Vigylac with rifagut will cure my distress? Incidentally I have got 2nd dose of covishield vaccine on 27 th april. Please advise to free from anxiety please sir. I am 69 years male.

You may develop loose motion post vaccination. But it wouldn't stay for such a long period. A further evualation is required. Also covid needs to be ruled out though you have taken the vaccine. Further details regarding your frequency of passage, consistency etc. Is required to guide you gf or further management.

Kindly take both medicines twice daily for duration you were prescribed by your physician. And regarding covid vaccine 2nd dose be assured you are safe.
