Dr. I have a cyst in the right ovary of 3 cm and I have used texakind mf tablets (10 tab) after using that tablet I didn't get my period it's been 50 days from my last period if I go with ultra sound scanning. If I have pregnancy is there a chance of detecting my pregnancy during scanning even though I got a negative urine pregnancy test. Or else what is the alternative to know that i'm pregnant or not.

Repeat the test. The chances of two negative tests are minimal if you're pregnant. If negative, take ovral l tablet for 21 days for 3 cycles.

You can do serum bhcg to confirm pregnancy.

Texakind mf is a tablet in order to stop heavy bleeding. What was the indication to use in your case? It will not help in treatment of the cyst. It is important to know what kind of cyst it is according to your usg report. In case your previous cycles were regular, if at all you are pregnant it shouldve come up on your urine test. A better way of confirming would be to do blood test- serum bhcg level to check for pregnancy. In case its a very early pregnancy it will not show up on scan.
