Dr. has given me first line tb drugs (isoniazid rifampicin pyrazinamide and ethambutol) but I did not tell doctor that I breastfeed my baby. Now please dear doctors suggest me can I take these tb drugs in breastfeeding?

You can take the drugs. Hope you are taking tab pyridoxine (vit b6) 20 mg once with your akt and your baby shld be on inh prophylaxis for latent tb after pediatric consultation.
