In diarrhea first of all antibiotics are not used at first line treatment well if you have started then give for three days. Yes you can give both as both are different spectrum. Proper hydration, probiotic, proper diet, ors all that is needed at first.

Antibiotics should not be misused as it can lead to antibiotic resistance. 3 year old with on and off stomach pain may be due to mesenteric lymphadenopathy. Can take syears drotin sos if severe crampy unbearable pain after consulting your pediatrician. Functional gastrointestinal diseases are a common differential diagnosis. Can give 3 to 5 days probiotics.
