I'm 25 years old I got seizure in 2018 doctor has prescribed me oxetol 300 now i'm fine. I have gastric problem I have to drop this medicine or else I should continue. Doctor said me it is for 3 years I have finished my 3 yrs. Now i'm not getting any headache.

You should not discontinue anti seizure medication by yourself... it needs to be gradually tapered off after evaluation

The antiepileptic have to be given for 3 years after the last attack of seizure. If the last attack was in 2018, then you can gradually taper off the medicine
