Is alum is safe to use for tightening the vagina? I am 29 years old and really want to know whether I should use alum or not.

It is not used as such. There is process to use it and for additional benefit one Ayurvedic oil 'pichu' may also be recommended. Kegel exercises should also be undertaken along with Moolbandh practice. Pl consult.
