Hello! there will not be bleeding following methotrexate. To know if ectopic pregnancy is gone, beta hcg levels must be checked by a doctor.

inj methotrexate in ectopic pregnancy will not cause any bleeding. you have to check your beta HCG levels serially wether they are decreasing or not
