Hi my nani is having a big swelling behind her ears and not able to eat food. We consulted to a clinic nearby and the doctor prescribed medicines but she is refusing to eat medicines. What shall I do?

Hi lybrate-user looks like your grandmother is having swelling in her parotid gland (a salivary gland) and she is elderly it is possible she might have a stone in the gland she has to drink a lot of water and eat the medicines, if she is refusing you might have to admit and treat her.
