I am 20 years old female. I have d-dimer concentration of 1.15 mcg/ml and a normal coagulation profile (normal fibrinogen conc, pt, pi, inr, tt,aptt, blood clotting time). What problem am I likely to have? Ps. I have been taking oral contraceptive yarina (drospirenone and ethinylestradiol) for the past 3 months and haven't taken them before. Also took duphaston (progesterone) for 3 months before that for irregular menstrual cycle.

Only raised d dimer is not indicative of a disorder. Taking ocps lead to a slight increase in d dimer which is of not much concern at your age unless you have a personal or family history of coagulation disorders.
