Recently recovered from covid 19, now I feel chest pain sometimes, high heart rate, sometimes shaky left hand ecg said- sinus tachycardia what is best treatment for this.

Your higher heart rate is possibly due to dehydration. Get ors sachets, mix it in a 1 litre bottle and drink throughout the day. Drink plenty of normal water alongside too. Continue this for 10 days at least. Post-covid chest pain is common, since your lungs are damaged, it'll take time to recover. Buy a "spirometry" machine and do that breathing exercise once every 3 hours throughout the day. Hope that helps.
