Yesterday I got vaccinated at morning then at evening I got chills and at night I was having fever 100 degree fahrenheit due to which I have taken combiflam but at morning my body temperature again rose to 99.6 degree fahrenheit and my body was paining badly so I have taken dolo 500 mg now I got some relief from fever but my body is paining very badly so please suggest me some medicine for pain. I am also a diabetic patient. Also please suggest the diet that should be taken for recovery.
