Hii, cetrizine is an age old, tested antihistaminic agent. Generalised itching or pruritus may be due to various causes. Certain skin conditions like generalised eczema, tinea, psoriasis, urticaria or as simple as dryness of skin may cause itching. Also, internal conditions involving liver, kidney may be a cause which is less likely in your age. Your ige levels are high, which suggest more towards atopy or allergy. I would recommend you to avoid self medication and consult a dermatologist online or offline in order to find proper cause for your itch and treat accordingly. Stay blessed & stay safe.
