Since 2014 I am suffering from alcoholic fatty liver. I have taken medicines- essentiale-l & udiliv. Also regularly performed lft test to monitor my liver function. Last year my ast and alt were in normal range but total bilirubin was 2.06. Then I was in strict diet for a month. This year my ast and alt were 41 and 54 respectively. Total bilirubin is 1.98 and indirect bilirubin is 1.7 and direct 0.28. What can I do as sometime I feel pain in right side of my stomach. I left drinking alcohol 2 years ago.
