There is small black soft lesion outside my anus, I had tried using some anti fungal cream. But it is of no use whatsoever.

It is likely to be a skin tag or a pile. If there is pain on defecation, there might be an associated fissure, as a precursor of this tag. Passing of blood drops during defecation may be related to piles. In fissure also there might be smearing of the side of the stools with some blood. The general measures I would suggest are 1. Take lot of vegetables & fruits in your diet 2. Avoid chillies & spices 3. Take lot of fluids 4. Avoid constipation 5 periodically do anal exercises (alternately contracting & relaxing the buttocks, anal area & upper thighs)
