Sir I have been done laparoscopy surgery of gall bladder and doctors removed gall bladder last 2 months back and I did not face any problems during this period but from. Last week am. Facing gas problem when am eating non veg am. Facing acidity problem i.e. Some disturbances at throat and coming sour burp nad bleaching and after taking sucrafil acid syrup and getting some relax and I am doing exercise regularly .suggest me sir what should I do for this.

As your gall bladder has been removed non veg food upsets your stomach. Try to avoid oily, fried and spicy food too as you have acidity issue (gerd). After having meal lay down flat in bed, if needed keep pillow make 45 � angle and than rest donot lay flat. If you have severe acidity leading to pain in chest you can start with pantoprazole capsule 40 mg once daily empty stomach 30 minutes before meal. Keep yourself fit. Mediate, relax your mind, and keep appropriate exercising. After heavy meals you can have a brisk walking for 30 minutes it will help. Take a 8 hrs proper sleep, keep yourself hydrated with water.
