I have also taken caltoss plus (calcitriol, calcium carbonate (500 mg), zinc sulphate and magnesium tablet for a month. Should I stop drinking milk?

Lack of sleep is not a symptom of excess vitamin d, on the contrary, it causes tiredness. You should only consider supplementation if you have been diagnosed with low vitamin d level in blood or osteoporosis. Excess vitamin d will accumulate in body fat an can cause toxicity long after you have stopped taking it. It is advisable to take the supplementations only on advice of a doctor. You shouldn't stop drinking milk as it doesn't overdose you with calcium. It has healthy amount of protein, vitamins and minerals apart from calcium and vitamin d - unless you face indigestion with milk, in which case you can shift to curd, yoghurt or paneer. If you are facing issues like drying of mouth and weakness, please feel free to consult.
