If u hv fissure than u need antibiotics bcoz chance of infection is thr , rest will heal with time with change ur dietary habits

I understood your problem but don't exactly know how to help you out. Prescription can be obtained from a surgeon after proper consultation but regarding sending it to canada, I think it's something that has to be managed by yourself. Also, annovate is a steroid ointment and I feel it's prolonged use should be avoided. Try to consult a local surgeon or gp if you're going to be in canada for a longer time.
