So, I controlled my pcos without medicines in age of 21 without medicines. If I continued this, will I conceive naturally? And if conceived, do I need to take medicines or will it risk miscarriage? And if took medicines what is confirm about not having miscarriage? Even if controlled pcos, is pregnancy and pregnancy phase is under risk of miscarriage, with or without medicines?

In pcos ovulation- release of an ovum is deranged because of hormonal changes. So long time different trials are required to treat same so with patience continue consulting gynecologist or infertility specialist in whom you have trust. May conceive naturally but low chance. Medicines or no medicines no guarantee. When staistically chance improves with medicines doctor advises same.
