My sister is 30 years old, she is getting sound in ear which radiates to head while swallowing and talking, her ears became very sensitive now. Can you please suggest on the root cause and further treatment? She has recovered from covid 5 months ago, when she had covid she had fullness in ear, later that subsided but now she is facing the above problem which I mentioned.
