Age 30. Doctor prescribed me azithromycin and levofloxacin together for 10 days for epigastric pain, along with gastrocon-r, flupentixol+melitracen, omeprazole,probiotic combination. Is it safe to take the combination of azithromycin and levofloxacin together for 10 days? Can I take remaining medicines without these two antibiotics?

Hello Mr. lybrate-user. Are you having loose stools? If no then no need to take any medications excepy tab rabium-dsr once before food and syp mucaine gel 15 ml 30 min after food twice a day. If you have loose stools then take probiotics and plenty of fluids like buttermilk. Do not use those antibiotics unnecessarily.

Yes it's completely ok to take both the antibiotics together. Since you are having epigastric pain for 10 days even I would suggest as a doctor that you should take these antibiotics and not think about skipping them.
