Hi doctor, please help me, I am 31 female and I have 2 babies too, I have a hard lump above my anus and it's the size of a grape, I put my lubricated finger inside the anus but I didn't feel any mass inside and no pain but on the outside the lump is painful, also the lump is not visible with the naked eyes I can only feel the lump and it's paining like hell, is this the symptom of an anal cancer please guide, it is not a hemorrhoid.
