Is alsartan 50 a steroid? Does it have cancer making substances? Can I take it over long period? Does my blurred vision have to do with the alsartan 50 intake?

No alsartan is not steroid and it does not cause cancer in best of my knowledge yes it is an antihypertensive medication and high/uncontrolled blood pressure may have effect on vasculature of eye and can have many effects. Talk to your physician and opthalmologist.
