Vallecula: hypertrophy of lt 5. Epiglottis: congested 6. A. E. Folds: edema 7. Vocal cords: nad 8. perform fossae: nad 9. Post-cricoid area: nad 10. Cricoid: nad diagnosis: chronic laryngo pharyngitis please help me for know what problem is there.
