My daughter is 1 years 3 month old, she was has been suffering from fever. Dr. Prescribed taxim o 50 ,and paracet amol syrp and prescribed some test. Now she is recovered from fever but as per kft test her creatinine is .20, phosphorous level more than 10 and alp is 378. I am extremely worried about the figure. Is it sign of any under lying disease? It is to be mentioned baby was very much dehydrated, did not take water for 3 hours before giving sample.

Hello dear, thanks for the query. The creatinine and alp results are fine. The phosphate is high but it could be due to many reasons including sampling issues. Moreover phosphorus alone can't give much information. She needs calcium, vit d, pth. Kindly do these also along with repeat phosphate with good sampling technique.
