My baby is 10 months old. For the first 6 months i've been feeding him both breast milk and formula as milk seemed to be insufficient for him. Now he is exclusively on formula as breast milk has got reduced. I regret as everyone keeps telling me that I shouldn't have introduced formula to him. Now wanting to reestablish breastfeeding, Dr. suggested me lactare tablet. After 30 tablets, no much increase in milk. How long should I continue? I feel so bad and realize that I should have exclusively breastfed my baby. Pls help.
