So, I have trichomycosis axillaris but on my armpit some yellow dots probably doesn't have a hair growth in them and they pain while pressing. Are they still trichomycosis or something else? No they are not boils, I left it untreated and yet they're not growing not very painful and I sweat but not too much however sweat smells bad.
