Sir, I am suffering from type 2 diabetes last 15 years presently taking tab. Pioglit 15 mg at breakfast tab. metformin 500 mg before lunch and dinner my hba1c was 6.45 and fs 104 and pp 125. Apart from this bph and high blood pressure for which taking silodosin 8 mg at night and olmesartan 40 mg respectively and from few days taking pregabalin 750 mg and symbal 20 mg for sciatica problem. I am in opinion my fs is not proper. Please suggest me. Thanks.

Hello sir. Going by your hba1c and blood glucose levels your diabetes looks under control. It is also important to keep your blood pressure in check with regular monitoring. In case of any symptoms pertaining to hypoglycemia like sweating, tremors or shaking in hands, dizziness on fasting then we can be concerned. Otherwise your number looks just fine. Take care.
