Hello! the data regarding this is very less as not many studies have been done the subject. But it has been seen that when methotrexate was used for rheumatoid arthritis, and those people took covid vaccine, the vaccine didn't work completely due to the effect of methotrexate. But in view of the pandemic and its severity in india, even a little bit of protection from the infection is favourable. I would advise you to allow at least a minimum of 3 months gap from the methotrexate injection to vaccine interval.
