Hi, i’m 36 years female with 1 kid. I was recently diagnosed with hemorrhagic right ovarian cyst of 2.9x2.6 cm. I had moderate to severe pelvic pain before it got diagnosed. The gums has put me on dienogest 2 mg daily (20 days have passed by) and for pain management voveran on sos. From last 2-3 days the pain is coming continuously so today she gave me lupride injection and told me the pain will be gone now. But after 7-8 hrs my pelvic pain is back again. And from last 2 days i’m feeling full even when i’m not eating much. Abdomen feels full & bloated and the pelvic pain comes and goes even after today’s injection.

The lupride is a slow acting drug which is why your symptoms aren't improving or another cyst has developed. Take the voveran if pain becomes too severe and just wait and watch. If pain still doesn't subside, you may need a repeat ultrasound.

Would suggest you to consult again. Right sided pain and other symptoms may be due to something other than ovarian cyst like appendicitis or ureteric stone. It has to be ruled out by getting a cect if necessary.
