I didn't have facial hair growth when I was not treated for pcos. Once I took meprate for 3 months. After I noticed that I have unwanted hair growth. Is this any side effect of meprate?

No it is not meprate induced. It's pcos, you can experience such symptoms. You might not experience all symptoms at a time so it is manifested later. Improve your lifestyle, diet, exercise and reduce stress levels.
