I have left side rib pain from 4 years what is the reason. I used powergesic cream it's better. When I discontinued the same happening again. When I get pregnant doctor told me because of growing baby tummy gets bigger so it is happening. But it's not going after delivery also. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water.10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 11. Take 1tsp of ghee in bfast, lunch n dinner.
