EGA cream by Curatio is a retinol based cream. 
Also use a mild cleanser : Cetaphil gentle cleanser.
A moisturizer : Lipidz cream
and a sunscreen : Photobloc cream
These are time tested ones for dry, sensitive skin. If your skin becomes dry with retinol, apply lipidz cream prior to it.
