A month ago ,i used cotton swabs to clean my ear. I experience every time ear blockage and internal sound which gives me headache in my ear. I am also suffering from pain at times and itching in my ears. Doctor suggested candibiotic ear drop and same other tablets. Will it remove the ear wax? Do I have to clean my ear after dropping the ear drop with cotton swab?
