Hello. Its been almost 7 months since your surgery. And if it was properly done then you should have been fine by now. There may be two reasons which might be causing your issues. 1 (an inadequate surgery), which is highly unlikely. 2. That your constipation continued and causes a fresh fissure. Piles cannot come back in just 7 months, but yes if your bowel habits didn't improve, this might cause a fresh fissure giving you symptoms. I would suggest you to take treatment as advised by me fir two weeks. However if symptoms and bleeding continue, then best is to get a screening colonoscopy done and consult a good surgeon or proctologist in your area. 1. Take lots of fluids and fruits. Avoid nonveg and spices. 2. Exercise regularly. 3. Sits baths (hot water tub baths) three times a day. 4. Apply anaheal cream locally thrice a day 5. Stool softners like softolax granules bedtime with water. Regards.

Hi I understand that this must be really troublesome for you and it becomes a cause for constant worry. You are not alone. Did you get a surgery for piles alone or fissure as well? *bleeding from piles can recur if you continue to have hard stools/constipation. *you could consider using a different laxative/stool softner. *also increasing fiber content of your diet is helpful - add apples, broccoli, multigrain bread/chapatis, beans, citrus fruits, green leafy vegetables to your diet. Fibers decrease the time stool spends in your colon / large intestine and increase the water content of stools - both making the stool soft. * sitz bath also helps * however, if bleeding continues or is in large quantity you might need to visit a surgeon. Hope this helps. If you need further help, you can contact me on private chat here at Lybrate.

Hello. Please ensure enough fiber and water in your diet. You can add some paraffin based over the counter laxatives to help you pass your stools smoothly. You can use anobliss cream 2-3 times a day which will help you relax your sphincter. However, a consultation with a surgeon may help you handle your problem better.
