Dizziness and headache might be due to many causes such as inner ear problems, hypoglycemia, etc. Now a days it maybe also be attributed to over use of face masks, especially n95, as it leads to increase in co2. Age? What r other symptoms that you r experiencing? By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains?
