I am 37 years old male and started having sleeping issues last year in January last year. I consulted a doctor and he prescribed zaptra 25 mg and franxit. My condition improved after taking it for 4 months, but I stopped taking the medicine suddenly and again my issues returned in feb. A doctor has prescribed me zaptra 12.5 mg and czep h. My condition is somewhat better than before. However due to lighten I am not able to consult that doctor. Please guide me with the process of quitting those medicine and leading a normal life without them as I don't want to make it a habit-forming tendency.
