Hii lybrate-user, it will take time for the dandruff to go. Topisal lotion needs to be applied daily at night. Check if it's a lotion or shampoo containing ketoconazole. Many companies market it as lotion. If it's a shampoo, wash your hair alternate day with ketoconazole shampoo. Keep for 3 mins on scalp and then wash. I will advise you against the use of home remedies now that you're using thse medicines. Just be patient and you ll definitely see the results. Fir further queries consult an md dermatologist online on Lybrate or offline. Hope it helps.
