I got my lft test done to which my serum bilirubin is 0.24, sgot is 174.9 and sgpt is 162.2. I’m having udiliv 300 mg. Is it a chronic disease?

Hi, Ur Sgot and Pt are elevated. it needs to be evaluated. I am a resident in Gastroenterology and hepatology. I deal with such cases on day to day basis. By any chance have you done HBsAg, Anti HCV ?Kindly do a USG abdomen scan too to look for liver echotexture. Kindly consult don't delay.

It looks like you are having hepatitis. It can be alcoholic or non alcoholic steatohepatitis or viral hepatitis. Get yourself investigated by gastroenterologist. Udiliv doesn't help much in this case.
