Hello doctor, I am 28 years old guy. Recently I got three hypoechlic lesions on left testicle. Mentioned in usg report. Big lesion is 9mmx7 mm tb pcr & urine culture are normal. But in semen culture growth of citrobacter koseri is found. Report mentioned as few pus cells, occasional gram positive cocci in pairs, few gram negative bacilli seen. I am consuming antibiotics as per report/doctor suggestion for past 10 days. No significant improvement. I'm worried much on the condition. How long it will take to get cure completely? Kindly help on this.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. A hypoechoic mass may be a tumor or abnormal growth. It may be benign or malignant. A benign tumor may grow but it will not spread (metastasize) to other organs. A malignant (cancerous) tumor can spread and invade other parts of the body. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
