I am 64 years suffering from bronchitis asthma more than 6-7 years. First used to take tiomate inhaler and tablets as per chest specialist advise. Suddenly it was serious and at present taking rotacaps in inhaler. Asthaline -200 and beclate -400 caps daily. With other tablets. Doctor advised to wash mouth after taking caps, which I am not regular. But stops tablet taking when gas develops. Whenever taking eggs, milk and cold things it increases little. But my voice getting disturbed. Please advice

Review. Consult. You may need a few days. Of oral steroids. Inhalers with spacer might be a better option.

Are you smoker/past smoker. Stop smoking. Get spirometry to decide between copd/asthma and treat accordingly. Dpi can cause hoarseness. Do garles after dpi use.
