I am (24-f-unmarried) I have pcod since 2016 during 4.11.20 usg abdomen and pelvic says I have pid features with free fluid (+) in pod. But usg taken 10.6.21 says no free fluid. What is mean by this fluid and pid? Should I need treatment for these things?
