I am 35 years old I hv high bp, n from past 4 to 5 days my bp is slightly low n as suggested not to take tablets for 3 to 4 days I did not take tablets n from yesterday my bp is 113/75 this was yesterday mrng n today morning it showed 114/75 is this normal bp? Em taking telma 40 tablet in the morning time n night time em taking neurobion forte tablets. N also I hv vitamin d3 very low in my body, this I got to know when I tested in the month of april, so from month of april I started taking bp n vitamin tablets. If vitamin is low also, will I feel tiredness? I started taking bp tablets from from april. Suggest me what to do?

Your bp is in control only. Continue telma 40 and vitamin tablets. Yes, you may feel tiredness when your vitamin level is low.
