My son is 5 years old having mild autism. He speaks in sentences nowadays slow picking up language but no intelligent speech. Poor social skill, hyperactive.doctor pls suggest me how much quantity need to give daily brahmi, ashwagandha,shakapushpi, asteica .thanks.

Dear parent, I am an allopathic practitioner, so I cannot advise you on the medicines but please seek speech and language therapy and occupational therapy also as soon as possible for your child, as the brain is still developing when the child is under 6 years and the earlier the therapy is started the more the benefits for him. Also, autism is a condition in which therapy is more important than medicines.
