Can two people who do not have any history of sti and are in a monogamous relationship since beginning get sti even if they use protection use every time?

Hello- no they can not, but it is almost impossible to rule out sti by external symptoms. Some people act as a carrier to sti that means they don't have nay symptoms but can pass it to their partners.
