Hi sir, I was having very good silky and long hair suddenly my hair started falling 1 month back I went for headhave due to some reasons I thought hair will grow back normally after headshave but hair not growing its getting cutoff to roots and scalp is complete bald now. I consulted doctor online sent some pics of my scalp he said it is alopecia areata diffuse variant. He suggested some medication i'm using that from 3 weeks but I did not find any hair growth. Medication i'm using currently is betnesol forte 6 mg weekly twice. Methylcobalamin 1000 mcg/per day. Trichoton forte daily, uprise-d3 60k weekly once. And I have done all blood tests thyroid, kidney and liver function test, everything is normal. I have vitamin b12 and vitamin d3 deficiency i'm taking supplements for that. I'm really worried whether my hair will grow back or not.
