Moving pea shaped lump on side of the opening of the anus, observed for 10 days, had anal fissure, now no bleeding. Applying proctosedyl. Is it serious?

Many times anal fissure cause development of skin tag at opening of anus, the pea shaped lump may be that. It is not serious usually. Do sitz bath 3-4 times/day apply cremagel ointment instead of proctosedyl after every sitz bath take any stool softener like cremaffin plus syrup 15 ml at night have plenty of oral fluids and fibre rich diet. For better evaluation, physical examination will be required and for that visit a proctologist or surgeon nearby.

Continue oint proctosedyl 3 times a day take plenty of fiber and drink sufficient water to keep you hydrated, use stool softeners to smooth passing of your stool don't strain on passing poops.
