Doctor I have peritoneal tb with mesenteric lymph nodes and omental thickening along with ascites. I am under medication (1st line drugs) since 1 and half month. It's improving as well. I am feeling better. But sir /mam my hemoglobin is low. Can I take dexorange syrup? Is it ok? With tb drugs combination?
