hello doctor, my father does a test of the morphology of rbc & remarks are (nonchromic, and normocytic ). Reactive neutrophil leukocytosis. On the other hand specimen: blood for c/s culture: no aerobic & anaerobic growth isolated. Can you tell what it means?

It means that your father had/has a bacterial infection in response to which the neutrophil levels are elevated. Unless there is high fever or any other problems, there is no reason to worry.
