Could be an intervertebral disc prolapse with radiation to lower limbs possibly due to weight gain during the pregnancy (gestation) period. Need to evaluate with xrays and mri if needed.

Kindly get x-ray lumbar spine ap and lateral view after consulting orthopaedic surgeon. It seems you are having disc lesion. If necessary your doctor may advise mri. In the meantime, avoid forward bending, do hot fomentation for back, take vitamin b12 injections, apply local gel and practice back care.
